Introduction
Timetable is used to access the calendar view for classes and courses, as well as adding new classes in your club.

Before you start
To use features related to the courses module you need to have access to it first. Contact your PG Sales representative for more information.
If you are not familiar with the courses module, read this article to find out more.
Instruction
To access the timetable, go to PGM->Classes->Timetable

Filters
Filters visible in the timetable will help to look for specific classes in the calendar view.

Club – Filters to the club where the classes are held at.
Employee – Select the trainer or instructor of that class. Multiple employees can be selected here. You can chose the trainer by using the search box or selecting them from the drop-down list.
Classes – Select the exact class you want to access. Multiple classes can be selected here. You can search for classes using the search box or by selecting from the drop-down list.
If the class is not listed here, check if it is available in your club by going to PGM->Classes->Class Types.
Zones – This will for specific zones in which classes are conducted. Using the + icon next to the zone name will allow you to expand that zone and view child zones attached to it.
If you select the parent zone, this will also display all classes attached to the child zone.
Preview classes within – This filter allows us ton only see classes that happen between the current time and time specified in this field.
For example, the current time is 8:00 a.m. with the filter set to 4 hours. This will display all classes already in progress at the time as well as any class which are scheduled to start before 12:00 p.m., even if they end after this period.
Additional Filters
Pressing the ●●● icon will display more options to use.
Remember that when using these options, you need to press Apply filters.
All Classes – Display all classes on the timetable (default view).
Single Class – Displays only classes not connected to the course module (e.g. Group fitness classes) Single classes will display both recurring classes and individual classes.
Courses – Displays only classes which are connected to the course module.
Skill Level – Displays all classes which have their activity level set to the chosen value. This is used within the course module to identify the classes with that skill level. You can use the search box to find the class or use the drop-down menu to select one or more values.
Age – This filter will show all classes with the chosen age group.
Vacancies – This will look for classes where there are vacant spots to book based on the value you filter for. This setting will look for different types of vacancies based on the setting used in class type.
- All classes – Will look for vacancies at the individual class on that day, used for general classes (not courses) or make up classes/single class in the course module. This filter will display all classes on the timetable, regardless of if the class is connected to the course module, or a single class.
- Single Class – Will only look at vacancies for individual classes only, that are not connected to any course. This will also filter out any course related class from the timetable.
- Courses – Will only look at course related classes, the vacancy checks the amount of people in the group as of now instead of how many people are in that class. This will also filter out any classes not connected to any course module.
Start of classes – This filter will show you classes that start within the time range selected.
Filter by member – This will search for a club member to find out which classes they are in. In the search box you can search for their first name, last name, phone number, email address or the user number.
Class options
Add class – This is designed for non-course related classes only. To add a class to the course, please go to PGM->Classes->Groups.

Additional filters – Pressing the orange ●●● to the right of Add classes will display more options to use. More information on these tasks will be in their own guides.

Batch class cancellation – Cancel a group of classes for a set period of time. More information on how to batch cancel classes can be found here.
Batch class removal – Remove a group of classes, this will also stop recurring classes from generating in future.
Batch edit class - Ability to mass edit a class details. More information on how to do batch edit of class can be found here.
A copy of the group schedule – For term based courses where you need to copy from one semester to the next. More information on how to use copy of the group schedule can be found here.
Timetable views
On the top-left hand corner of the timetable is the date of the classes which will appear on screen, using the left and right arrow, you can move the date forward and backwards to see classes in that date range. Default view is the current week in Monday-Sunday format.

On the top-right hand corner of the timetable is the calendar view with four different views. The default view is always Week.

The times displayed on this view are based on the opening and closing hours set in PGM->Clubs->Clubs (Opening hours on club), else this is set as default from 6:00am-10:00pm. Pressing the option Show 24 hours on the bottom right-hand corner will display all hours.
Month – Month view will look at all classes on the month filtered by classes within 6-hour blocks, pressing one of these blocks will give you a run down of each class within that block.
Week – Week view will look at classes within the one-week period between Monday-Sunday.
Day - Day view will look at all classes within the day selected only.
Zone – Zone view will display all classes in running in that zone only for that day.
Classes
Class – This will display the following information on the icon.
- Start time of class
- End time of class
- Class name
- Current members booked in class / capacity of class.

When clicking on a class where there are multiple classes starting at the same time, this will group them together, clicking on this will display a pop-up drop down list where you can view and choose the class you wish to look at.

Clicking anywhere in a blank area will allow you to create a single or recurring class which is not connected to the course module. To create classes within the course module, this is done in PGM->Classes->Groups.

Clicking on a single class will give you the option to view information on that class, this is explained in more detail in the class timetable guides.
Clicking on a course class will give you a different look to the information on the class. This is explained in more detail in the course timetable guide.
Hints
If an employee is not listed in the timetable drop-down filter, check their employee profile in PGM->Clubs->Employees.
Are the right clubs selected in Available in clubs? This option is used to display if the trainer can be scheduled in that club.
Is the correct Position assigned? Their role needs to be linked to Trainer in PGM->Clubs->Employee Positions->System Type
If the class is not visible in the drop-down list, is the class available in that club? Go to PGM->Classes->Class Types and see if that class can be used in the club.
