Introduction
Document templates are used in member registration, contract cancellation, invoicing processes. By use of these templates, the system automatically fills in the club member data and produces the document in need.

Before you start
Make sure you have the following system permissions configured: System settings. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter this functionality within the system.
What types of Document templates are possible to create in the PGM?
There are four types of Document templates that you can customize in the PGM system:
- User Agreement / Contract Agreement
- Contract cancel form
- Invoice
- Cash Register Report
