Introduction
This article will show you how to add and define relations between club members (i.e. Parent & Child relation). Such relations will be visible on the Member Profile in PGM.

Instruction
How to add Relation to a new club member?
1. Go to the PGM -> Clients -> Clients -> Club members.
2. Select a member from the list and open their Profile.
3. Click on the Data tab.
4. Select the Linked members tab.
5. Click on the Add linked member button to add a relation with an existing member or add a new customer.
6. Choose a Relation type - Child, Parent or Spouse.
7. Choose a Customer type - Member or Guest.
8. Click on the Next button.
9. Enter personal details of the new customer and click Next.
10. Select the Payment Plan that will be available for this customer. "Payment plan from package" refers to users who have contract with payment plan marked as "Packet" which enables to add a subcontract to a child or spouse.
11. Click on the Next button.
12. Choose payment method and click Next.
13. Enter marketing information and add photo.
14. Click on the Done button to confirm.
How to define Payment sources?
When a relation between members exist, you can set up payment relation, so that one member (i.e. Parent), could pay for a related member's contract (i.e. Child's contract). You have access to both wallets in payment source step when adding/editing contract.
All payment sources of related members are also visible in the Payment sources tab in the Member Profile.
How to set up Legal guardian?
When you add a relation type child with a scenario mentioned in section 2 - the Parent will be automatically set as legal guardian (if required by setting and policy).
How to end the relation between members?
You can end relation between members by clicking the End relationship in the Linked Members tab.
Remember, you cannot end relation if one person pays for the other person's contract, or is in the legal guardian relation. To end such a relation, you first need to change the contract payer, and/or pick another legal guardian for this member.
