Introduction
This article describes the updates made from the the R.90 PGM system version to improve user experience and enhance the efficiency of system usage. These updates include UI changes, feature renaming and other improvements.

List of Products
✨ Refreshed Overview
Now, the list now includes clear labels to categorize products and improved visualization.
✨ Expanded Table
The table has expanded with more columns, providing valuable and insightful data.
✨ Search & filters
To make finding products effortless, we added a search function and enhanced filters to simplify navigation and search by name of the products, barcodes, internal codes
✨ Delete vs Archive
We are thrilled to introduce delete and archive actions that add an extra layer of control and security to your product management. We have implemented product deletion restrictions to safeguard your data and maintain transaction history.
Delete - The delete feature allows users to permanently remove a product from the system. Once a product is deleted, it will no longer be visible in the product list.
Please note that you can only delete products that have not been sold.
Archive - Archiving a product allows you to retain its data for historical or reporting purposes. Archived products were hidden from default on the main list, but we added also toggle bar to show them right away, if you need them.

✨ Product-Type-Specific layouts
After selecting + Add Products, users can choose what product type they are adding - goods, services, and bundles. The screen layout / view will change to ensure the settings and fields displayed are aligned with the product type being added. There's also an option to create a new product based on an existing one. The product can be created based on any type of the product (goods/services/bundle) and it needs to keep this type. If you clone an existing product, the system will create a draft copy of a product of your choice, which will be possible to edit and save as a new product
✨ Grouped Settings
Configuration options are easier to understand when settings are grouped into sections for improved clarity.
✨ Product-Type: Product → Goods
Products are now Goods to more accurately describe physical products.
The name "Product" will remain as a generic term encompassing all three types (goods, service, bundle).
✨ Sell Price (Default) → List price
It has been updated to List Price to better reflect its default catalog price, as it can be overridden by price per club.
✨ Price cannot be modified by the cashier
We've changed the setting name to Allow Price Modification on POS and reversed the behaviour to make it more obvious and default.
✨ Aggregated bundle → Sell as individual products
This new name offers better clarity and user-friendly control over receipt presentation. It means that you can choose whether product appears as a single item with one tax rate or as separate items with their respective tax rates and multiple positions on the receipt.
✨ Service type settings moved under Store State
We have removed these three settings from the service type (usage limit, zone access, time access) as they are not related to service types. They are now located under the Store State as they are dependent on it. All other service type settings are visible when selecting the specified service.
- Usage time limit is now Set expiration date.
- Zone access is now Product with access to specified zone.
- Time access is now Time-limited access.
Mind that these options are only available if the Store state has been selected.

These name changes aim to enhance clarity and make it easier for users to understand and configure settings in the product tab.
