Introduction

DeviceIntegrator (DI) is a program necessary to run the POSweb. This article will show you where to find the DeviceInterator logs on your computer. You will need to access logs i.e. when DI fails and you would like to restart it. 

Instruction 

1. On your computer, search for the folder called "%programdata%". Just type: "%programdata%" in the Searchbox on your Windows Taskbar, or in any other file-access path, and click "Enter".

2. Double-click the "Creadhoc" file.
3. Double-click the "Perfectgym" file.
4. Double-click the "Logs" file.
5. Double-click the "DeviceIntegrator" file.
6. Select the subfolder with logs for a given date (YYYY-MM-DD)
7. Browse the log files
