Introduction

PerfectGym offers you an optional mobile application for your club members. Here you will see some basic functionalities of this solution. PerfectGym GO2 is available both for Android and iOS operating systems. It can be found in the Google Play and AppStore.

Feature Description

Classes

Club members can browse classes taking place in their club of choice, and make booking for a selected class.

1. Clicking on a class type redirects to a view of all upcoming classes of that type in the club. This view also contains a short description of the class. This description can be added by use of the PGM system.
2. Booking is made by clicking on the “+” button.
3. Club members can enroll to the waiting list and make bookings for classes requiring a product.
4. Club members can also set up class reminders to be sure they do not miss their classes, or make booking for their family member, e.g. a child. 
5. There is an option to check-in via QR code.  

Favourites

1. We know that the user's opinion matters. Here, the club member can add the class or trainer to favourites.

Goals

1. To help club members keep track of their progress, the application also stores the results of body measurements made in the club, on a designated device. The data is automatically synchronized when the result is saved in PGM.
2. On the Goals screen, the user can see their actual body parameters, along with simple charts depicting the changes in each of the tracked parameters.
3. This screen can be found in the Profile tab.

Push notifications

1. Using the Automation Center you can configure automatic notifications that will be shown to the application users in specified situations. The message will be shown on the user’s phone’s notification history bar, if the Push notifications feature has been enabled.
2. To configure this type of notification, choose Push as a communication channel. See details in the article about Automatic Notification.

Membership

1. In the mobile application, users can also look into the basic information about their contract status and make their payments. 
2. Among the other functionalities, the application offers such features as a list of all classes booked, information about the Personal Trainers and Instructors along with the description of the class they teach.

Custom application versions

1. On your demand, we can prepare a custom version of the Perfect Gym GO2 application for you.
2. Such an application will be available for your members as a separate program to be found in the application store.

FAQ

Is there a way to change the name of a tile on the app?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to change translations within the app for a single client. 

Is there a way to change the language of the app?

Yes. Perfect Gym GO default language is English. The app is translated also to Polish, Arabic, Bulgarian, Dutch, Estonian, German, Finnish, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Tahi and Ukrainian. Perfect Gym doesn't guarantee the full accuracy and coverage of translations. 

Perfect Gym GO also supports the complete Arabic localization :

• right to left GUI orientation
• text translations, 
• numbers, dates & hours format

The language of the mobile application depends on the language of your phone's operating system. There is no way to change it manually.
